Installation
1. Confirm the Required Output Voltage
Confirm that all connected LED lights or electrical equipment require DC 5V input before installation. Do not connect equipment designed for a different operating voltage.
2. Calculate the Total Connected Load
Add the wattage of all connected devices and select the 150W, 200W, or 300W power supply according to the total system requirement.
3. Allow Suitable Power Capacity
Select a power supply with sufficient capacity for the connected load rather than operating continuously at or above the maximum rated output.
4. Disconnect AC Power
Turn off and isolate the AC power source before wiring, adjusting, or servicing the power supply.
5. Identify Input & Output Terminals
Confirm the AC input terminals and DC output terminals using the markings on the power supply before making any wiring connections.
6. Connect the AC Input
Connect the AC 110–220V supply wires to the appropriate input terminals and tighten the screw terminals securely.
7. Connect the DC 5V Output
Connect the compatible 5V load to the DC output terminals and verify the correct positive and negative polarity before applying power.
8. Check the Wiring
Make sure all screw-terminal connections are secure and that exposed conductors cannot contact adjacent terminals or the metal enclosure.
9. Provide Adequate Ventilation
Install the power supply in a suitable location with sufficient airflow around the metal housing. Avoid enclosing the unit in a space where heat cannot dissipate properly.
10. Keep the 300W Fan Unobstructed
When installing the 300W version, leave adequate clearance around the cooling fan and ventilation openings to maintain proper airflow.
11. Test the System
After checking all connections, restore power and verify that the connected DC 5V lighting or equipment operates correctly.
Installation Note: This product connects to AC mains power. Wiring should follow applicable electrical requirements. Confirm the input voltage, DC output polarity, total connected load, ventilation, and installation environment before applying power.
