Installation

1. Confirm the Required Output Voltage

Confirm that all connected LED lights or electrical equipment require DC24V input. Do not use this power supply with equipment designed for a different operating voltage.

2. Calculate the Total Connected Load

Add the wattage of all connected LED lights or devices and select the 60W, 100W, 120W, 150W, 180W, 200W, or 240W version according to the total system requirement.

3. Allow Sufficient Power Capacity

Select a power supply with sufficient wattage and current capacity for the complete lighting system rather than operating continuously at the maximum rated output.

4. Disconnect AC Power

Turn off and isolate the AC power source before connecting, disconnecting, adjusting, or servicing the power supply.

5. Identify the Input & Output Terminals

Confirm the AC input terminals and DC output terminals using the markings on the power supply before making any wiring connections.

6. Connect the AC Input

Connect the AC 110–220V supply wires to the appropriate input terminals and tighten the screw terminals securely.

7. Connect the DC24V Output

Connect the compatible 24V load to the DC output terminals and verify the correct positive and negative polarity before applying power.

8. Check All Connections

Make sure all screw-terminal connections are secure and that exposed conductors cannot contact adjacent terminals or the metal enclosure.

9. Provide Adequate Ventilation

Install the power supply in a suitable location with sufficient airflow around the metal housing for normal heat dissipation. Do not cover the ventilation openings.

10. Test the System
